About The Program

The Clearfield Revitalization Corporation is offering grants of up to $5,000 to help property and business owners invest in the facades of downtown buildings.

The CRC is looking for projects that will make a meaningful contribution to the visual appeal of our downtown. Successful applicants will demonstrate an emphasis on quality design, materials, and craftsmanship that preserve or enhance the unique character of downtown Clearfield’s historic buildings.

The Facade Improvement Program helps property and business owners invest in exterior improvements that enhance the appearance of downtown Clearfield. Well-maintained buildings contribute to a vibrant business district, attract visitors, encourage investment, and support local economic growth.

Funding for the CRC Facade Improvement Program is provided through the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED), whose mission is to foster opportunities for businesses, communities, and residents across Pennsylvania.

Matching Grants up to $10,000

Eligible projects may receive reimbursement for up to 50% of approved project costs, up to a maximum grant amount of $10,000.
