The Clearfield Revitalization Corporation (CRC) has received a $1,000 Local Giving Grant from Walmart Supercenter #2129. The Local Giving Grant was used towards the  CRC Community Service projects including Beautification Day and the Potter baseball team. During Beautification Day, sidewalks are cleaned and flowers are planted in flower pots/tree boxes throughout downtown by local volunteers and students. The Potter baseball team  assist with cleaning up the downtown parks. These projects help make downtown and the parks more enjoyable for community residents.

Main Street Manager Loretta Wagner states “Receiving this grant from Walmart Supercenter #2129 truly helps the CRC continue our mission of revitalizing downtown Clearfield and making it a wonderful place to live and work. We could not continue our Community Service projects without the continued support from Walmart. The CRC is very fortunate and grateful for their continued commitment to our program and our community.”

Presenting the contribution is General Manager Josh Kunkle. Receiving the contribution on behalf of the CRC is Main Street Manager Loretta Wagner.
